4th of July USNA Reunion

We had a wonderful 4th of July down in East Beach (Norfolk, VA) at our friend's lovely home!! Here is the whole USNA Class of 99 and family. We had The Pelstrings, Hurleys, Redmers, Stutts, Watkins and Collins families.

The kids loved snuggling with the newest family member, Elliot, 7 weeks old!

The kids all got along SO well.  It was fun to watch them all together.

Julianna and Reagan were the oldest and they had make-overs.  They also wanted to drink apple juice from wine glasses.  Oh dear, this will be reality soon enough...

And here are our friends the Bakers.  They also live in the neighborhood.  We were so thankful they let us stay in their beautiful carriage house.  Julianna and Sabrina were in preschool together in Hawaii, and Mason and Grayson are only a few days apart in age.  They have all grown so much.
We are blessed with so many wonderful and generous friends.

The Clay's take Washington! :)

Our bestest friends from Tennessee came to visit us at the end of June.  We had a fun time being tourists with them.  Here are Ashley, Savannah and Norah on the plane.

 Safely arrived in Baltimore.

We ate at a pizza place in old town.  They give the kids dough and then will bake it for them in whatever shape they make!

We had a beautiful day to walk around Mt. Vernon.  The weather was just right.

We drove over to Annapolis one day to show them the Naval Academy too!

We were sad when it was time for them to go.  The weekend went by too quickly and we had so much fun together.  The girls have gotten so big compared to when they first met in 2 year old preschool!!  Thanks for coming y'all!  :)

Father's Day Weekend & Ballet Recital

Julianna's ballet recital is on Father's Day weekend every year.  Luckily she has the best Daddy and Grand-daddy in the world and there is nothing they would rather do than watch their princess dance on the stage.  :)

Everyone spent the night and the next day we all went to church together.  Here are some family pics of everyone.

We are thankful for our Fathers on Father's Day and everyday.  I am so lucky to have amazing men in my life and have always served as a great example to me and my children.  Thanks for all you do.  We love you with all of our hearts!

Memorial Day Weekend Trip to Decatur

Because I am so far behind and just want to be sure this pictures make the blog, I'm not going to write.  I think the pictures speak for themselves.  We had a fantastic trip to Decatur over Memorial Day Weekend.  I love to see the kids play together.  They love cousin time.  The hot air balloons were a big hit, the trip to the river was a HUGE hit (Mason caught his first fish and went on the Whaler with the guys), we visited with Mamaw, the guys played golf, the girls had a blast swimming and riding bikes.  It was just a great time all the way around.

We can't wait to visit again!!
