We got a new car!! I will have to take some more pics to show you but this one just one I snapped with my (also new) iPhone. (PS. LOVE THE iPHONE!!) And I also LOVE the CAR!! It's a fun little upgrade from my 2000 Honda Accord that I've been driving since college. Not to knock the Honda because she's still got a lot of life in her. I could have kept it but I got an itch for something new, and thanks to our tax refund.... voila! This is a 2011 VW Jetta Sportwagen. It's really fun to drive, still functional with kids, and as my sister-in-law would say, most importantly... it's NOT a minivan. I have to say, I still think the minivan is the way to go, but Ike needs a few more years of convincing. However, he felt this station wagon was perfectly acceptable so here we are. My favorite part is the bluetooth integration where I can use my phone, ipod, pandora, and anything else stored on my phone automatically through the cars sound system. It's synched up and as soon as I get in the car with my phone it automatically senses it and I don't have to do a thing. It's pretty cool. My second favorite part is the new car smell. :) Julianna said "Mommy, it smells so GOOD in here." We'll see how long it lasts. I am trying to keep smashed goldfish crackers off the floor for at least a week. I'll let you know how that goes.
