Forgive me

I am probably going to get behind on my posting in the next coming weeks. I wanted to apologize in advance and ask for you to please stick with me!! I promise I will get back on the ball as soon as we get settled. We moved out of the Orange Beach condo last Tuesday, drove to Decatur for a few days with the family there for Thanksgiving, Friday flew to Maryland to visit with my family, and tomorrow is Mason's baptism. We will be in MD for the next week and fly from here to Hawaii the following week!!! CRAZY TIMES!
We have no idea where any of our stuff is, I can't find anything I'm looking for, and never have I been more excited about an EXTREMELY LONG flight with 2 little children. Pray for my sanity... and I'm not trying to be funny.
I will try to keep up on here the best I can, not that you necessarily care, but I like to keep things in chronological order when I look back on these wild adventures we've had. Speaking of keeping things in order... I just finally posted some pics from our brunch in Point Clear, AL and they are really cute. Scroll down to find it, it's below the 3 month pic of Mason. Thanksgiving and Mason's baptism posts to come!!!

3 months

My baby boy is already 3 months old!!! I cannot believe how fast time is moving and how much he has grown. We are now enjoying his personality so much. He spends a lot of time awake during the day playing, jumping in the bouncy seat, "talking," and mostly watching his big sister run around. He is so easy going, so happy and smiley, and thankfully a GREAT sleeper. I really thought Julianna was an easy baby but Mason might have her beat. We have been so blessed with 2 beautiful, healthy children. For a little comparison check out the picture below of Julianna around the same age. They look a lot alike but have such differences too. It is so much fun to look back on her baby pictures. I am SO glad I took SO many!! :)

Brunch and Pics

While Nana and Papa were visiting us at the beach we drove over to Point Clear, AL for a wonderful brunch. Not only was the food good, the scenery was wonderful for pictures. I have about 10 more I want to post but I will save some for another post. I love an opportunity to get a good family picture!!!

Naval Aviation Museum

Nana and Papa came to visit us in Orange Beach before we pack up and move on to our next location. We headed into Pensacola to the Naval Aviation Museum.

Daddy showed Julianna the inside of the helicopter.

Future pilot?

Mason was not the least bit interested. He slept the entire time but I needed at least one picture to prove that he was there.

Julianna had no idea why I thought this picture was hilarious...

She really enjoyed herself while we were there.

ZoomZoom

See, learning can be fun.

Heading home after a fun day.

Siblings

Watching a little Baby Einstein.

Switch seats. Mason was tired of holding his head up in the other chair.

Snuggling in bed together.

I noticed Julianna was being very quiet back in her room. This is what I found when I went to see what she was getting in to. She put her bathroom stool on TOP of the chair to open the top drawer, pull out all of her pjs, bathing suits and undies. She was "looking for the undies with the princess crown on them."

And this guy is really getting the hang of the jumper. He loves to be upright so he can see everything.

Sweet Boy

I never knew how badly I wanted a little boy. Until this little guy came along.

Now I can't imagine my life without him. He is the sweetest, cuddly, happy boy.

And very tolerant. One guess who "decorated" him...

Yup, that would be big sister.

He doesn't really like bath time. Which makes me sad. Julianna loved it. This was the only time he didn't scream the entire time.

Mama's boy. I love putting lotion on all of those rolls.

Who could not love this face? Seriously!

I love to hear him talk and laugh. I am a lucky Mommy.

More fun with NeeNee and PopPop

Mom and Dad's visit is coming to an end. We've had a lot of fun though. The weather has been great and we've been able to be outside a bunch.
We got some good beach time.

We got some playground time.

We even got to see the Blue Angels fly!

We are all exhausted. It's been a good visit. We'll have to wait until December to see them again. :( Thanks for playing NeeNee and PopPop!!!

Free Babysitters :)

I am one happy Mommy this week. My parents are visiting us and have totally taken over the entertaining of my children. I can sleep whenever I want, go to the grocery store alone, and I even got my hair cut today! Wooohoo! I've got 2 happy children this week too. Julianna loves to play and Mason loves the constant holding. We did have some "fun" weather here the first 2 days with a little visitor named Ida. After that storm blew through the weather cleared and has been BEAUTIFUL.
Yesterday we drove to the little town of Fairhope, AL. It was so pretty and had lots of great little shops.

It was so nice to be outside walking around.

We came home and Mason got a little snuggle time with NeeNee and PopPop.

NeeNee loves her little "buddy boy."

And from the looks of things he loves his NeeNee too. What a happy boy!

Julianna got some good snuggle and storytime with PopPop.
This is one happy little girl! She is such a sweetheart.

I am so lucky to have 2 beautiful children.

We all watched the sun set tonight from the porch.

Isn't it amazing?

The beach is finally getting back to normal after the storm. It is so relaxing to hear the waves. I do love being here.
