"I'm bein' a Daddy"
We went to meet Daddy for lunch on base today. While we was in line ordering our food, Julianna played dress up! :) She saluted people as they walked in and played peek-a-boo with anyone who would look at her. What a ham! Oh wait, when you say, "Julianna, are you a ham?" she responds, "No, I'm a cheese!" Exactly.

Happy Memorial Day
We have thoroughly enjoyed our long holiday weekend. We have had no place to travel, just lots of fun time together as a family. Today we remember our military.... and as a military family we are so blessed to have time like this together. What a blessing. I'm sure you have all heard the saying "Home is Where the Heart Is." Well, while Ike and I were at an antique shop this weekend I saw a sign that said, "A Military Home is Where the Heart Is" and boy is that the truth. We move so much we don't even know where to call home sometimes, but being with family is what it's all about. Thank you to all of those who have given their lives for our country and who will continue to go in harm's way for our safety.
Here are some pics of what we did today:

We have done A LOT of this over the weekend. Being lazy and watching Disney movies.

We went to the park and played on the dinosaur.
Daddy pushed Julianna on the swings. We even rode around for a few holes with Daddy on the golf course.

So much to do, so little time to blog!
We have been so busy the last few days. Nice weather leads to lots of outside activities. Here are some of the things we have been up to.

We met Jack and Joey at the ball park to watch the Daddies play softball after work on Thursday. It was a lot of fun to run around and we all came home really dirty.

Here's a cute pic of Joey, he just ran all the bases!

Then we went to Patrick Blake's 3rd birthday party on Friday night. That was a blast!

They had a moon bounce...

Then we went home to ride the tricycle. She can do it all by herself. It took forever for her feet to actually touch the pedals! ha Check out the video below.

and cupcakes...
and pizza...
and fun toys to play with!
Saturday we decided to go fly a kite. This was the easiest kite to fly. Julianna could even do it on her own. I guess we had just the right amount of wind.
Here it goes...
"I'm doin' it!"
She always has her tongue out when she is concentrating.
We got a little tangled up at the end.

No Cavities!
Julianna had her first dentist visit today and she did GREAT. I am always so proud of her when she has to go to the doctor for whatever reason. She is so cooperative and big. They were able to do everything they wanted to do and said that her teeth looked great. No cavities and no problems. She was clinging on to that silly little buffalo stuffed animal... he had dentures. It was pretty funny. She got a new Dora toothbrush and insisted on using it tonight at bedtime! :)
I asked her where she wanted to go for lunch and she requested Chick-fil-A. Good choice!
Me and my big girl. Notice how my face is starting to get "full." That's what people say when they think they are being nice rather than saying, "Your face is really starting to get fat!" haha
The 3.5 amigos napping on Sunday afternoon. I love snuggling with all of my babies. Caffrey and Lucy were close by too.
Daddy's girls the way he likes us best.... quiet! :)

Mud Island River Park
Last week we enjoyed a wonderful day at the Mud Island River Park with our friends. The weather was gorgeous, the park was lots of fun, and the company was the best. Here are some pics to prove it!

You can see how big the belly is in this picture. This picture was actually taken a few days before the one of me below. Just proof that what I am wearing makes a HUGE difference in just how pregnant I look. One day people think I am due soon, the next day people say I am barely showing. It cracks me up. Either way, I am feeling good and getting really excited about this baby boy.
