Let it snow!

While I was showering, the kids decided we needed some snow. It is almost December after all!

I walked into the living room and saw this. 3 rugs in the living room that don't belong there and little bits of torn up paper towels all over the floor. They explained to me that this was "snow." I guess they were really getting in the Christmas spirit.

When I saw how much fun they were having I couldn't help but laugh.

Look at those precious faces. Pure Christmas joy.

Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow...

Soccer!

Julianna has a new activity and boy does she love it. Here are some pics of our up and coming soccer star!
You go girl!

Hula Girl

Look at our beautiful hula girl!

Julianna was super excited to be performing with one of her favorite friends.

On stage and ready to go.

Silly girl.

They did a great job on all 3 of the dances.

Mason liked watching her.

The girls got flowers for such an outstanding performance. :)

We have been so pleased with her school this year. We have been lucky! She has a great teacher and they have fantastic after school programs. Aside from hula, she also does chorus and just started soccer. There are others that I wish she could do but we just don't have enough time (or $$!)!

Field Trip

Julianna's class took a field trip to the Children's Discovery Center this week and we had an absolute blast. Here are the pics from the day.

As you can see, they had a good time and were completely worn out. They slept so hard that they almost fell out of their seats on the bus. :)

Fun Weekend

The weekend started off on Saturday with a really fun base wide event. The Kaneohe Officers Spouses Club together with the HSL-37 OSC (our squadron) hosted a Chili Cook Off. Each unit had their own tent with a theme, decorations and obviously chili. Our theme this year was Twilight. I wish I had taken a picture of our tent, don't ask me why I didn't. I hope someone took one! We had a blast and Ike (our chili chef) won best chili for the 2nd year in a row!!!

As you can see, we had a REALLY good time. This ended up in our front yard. Don't ask... but we had a GREAT time. lol

Everyone says Julianna is so cute and there is no way she can be as difficult as I say she is sometimes. Well here's the proof. She can be a monster!!!

Sunday morning we got up and went out to breakfast. We headed to church (to ask for forgiveness for our ridiculousness the night before) and just hung out the rest of the day. We had friends over and the kids rode bikes and played on the playground. It was just a really nice fun family day. Good weekend!

Look Mom, no hands!!!

It was a big day around here. We decided to give Julianna a try with a 2 wheel bike and check this out!!
We tried to give her some pointers but she got frustrated after a little bit so we decided to take a break. We came out 10 minutes later and she was riding all by herself! Who needs Mom and Dad! This girl figured it out by herself. We are so proud of her!! She's off now...

Tricks and Treats

These cowboys had a fun time trick-or-treating. Mason didn't actually want to get any candy he just liked to walk up and down the street. Julianna had a fun time with her friends and even caught her treat bag on fire. Our neighbor had a candle lit near the tub of candy and her bag caught right on fire. She yelled to me from the porch, "Mommy, by bag has fire on it!" A parent who was closer stomped out the fire and all was well. We started over with a new bag since that one had a huge hole and all of the candy had melted! haha Always some excitement around here. Happy Halloween!
