We are feelin' the fall!

This weekend we drove over to Waldorf, MD to Cedar Hill Farm for a hayride, pumpkin pickin', animals and just all around fun with friends.  Uncle Chad and Ryan joined us as well as our neighbors, The Ort Family.  It was a great morning with beautiful weather and scenery.  The kids had a ball. Kites!

 On Sunday after church Mom and Dad took the kids down to Sailwinds Park for the Kite Festival.  They were HUGE kites and so neat.  I wish I had been there to see it but I am so glad Dad took some pictures for me to share.  The kids really enjoyed.  

Boats and Corn... must be on the Shore!

I'm a week behind on this blog post.  What a surprise I know...

Last weekend, we drove over to the Eastern Shore to go to Nee Nee and Pop Pop's house.  I knew I was getting close when I passed this on the road.

 Down at Long Wharf they had Schooner's out and about.

 So pretty.  I really love going home and seeing the beauty after I've been away for a while.

 The kids talked to Coastie.

 This is the new lighthouse in Cambridge.

 Here they are going up to the top of the lighthouse.

 Then we got country and drove to Linkwood and had some fun at the farm.

 Yeeehaw!

 Obviously my Mom didn't teach me how to ride a horse.  hahaha  We laughed about this for the rest of the day.  

 Mace launched a few things with the sling shot.

 Then we passed by the milo maze and went straight over to the corn maze.

 Off we go!!!

 Mason made a sword out of a corn stalk and he was ready!

 Time for the hay ride.
